All products sales are final. Exceptions made for defective/damaged products for exchange within 3 days of purchase.
Lisa Eddy ("LESC") ensures that all products meet strict standards for purity, quality, and integrity.
Because every facial is customized to each person's skin and individual needs, you can rest assured Lisa takes full ownership that her products are gentle and safe. However, in the rare occurrence one has a skin reaction, Lisa will make an exception if clear communication is relayed immediately, or within 48 hours, so she may evaluate the reaction and make alternative recommendations.
This policy is not only to protect LESC as a small business but to ensure we honor your skin and have the opportunity to follow up and treat you with full, personalized attention.
