NEW Online Store – Transition Time!

You may have noticed that we’re in the process of changing over from our “Mind Body Store” to streamlining our online store right into our main website.Here’s what you need to know about these changes.You can use the online store and checkout as a guest or create a new user account following the instructions below.

Already had a customer account on our old system?

  1. Easily Create your NEW ACCOUNT by going to My Account page, adding your email address and a password.
  2. Save and Write down your information (or save login to computer) – somewhere safe!
  3. On the My Account page, you will need to
    1. enter your First and Last Name and
    2. type your password into the “Old Password” *** (yes the one you just added)
    3. AND type same password into the NEW Password field(s) (New Password and Confirm New Password) – (you are typing your password 3x total.
  4. You can also “EDIT” your Billing Address and Shipping Address right away.

New Customer?

Follow the same directions as above to create your new user account or checkout as our guest.You can also create an account during the checkout process.If you experience any issues creating your account on the new system, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.Once you have create a log in, you can log in and start shopping anytime!  You will be able to

  • view your cart
  • apply any coupons codes given
  • checkout using Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express
  • view your orders online
  • view status of your orders

What’s coming….

We are also adding a booking system direct inside the website so you can easily create appointments.A new online system is also being implemented to order products online for in-store pickup and payments!Plus we’re working on a new REWARDS system rolling out this Spring!Lots of great things ahead.
